The Law Firm provides legal assistance in matters involving, among others, the enforcement of claims against debtors who are insolvent or are going to become insolvent. In the area of bankruptcy and reorganisation law the Law Firm’s offering includes:

• rendering legal assistance in connection with the assessment of the insolvency status and providing advice in situations directly preceding the declaration of bankruptcy
• submitting claims for the recovery of receivables
• drafting bankruptcy petitions
• performing legal assessment of the effectiveness of any executed contracts or agreements and of the effect of the bankruptcy on the contractual obligations
• providing advice to and representing creditors at all stages of bankruptcy and reorganisation proceedings
• dealing with cases relating to the exclusion from the bankrupt’s estate of third party’s assets
