- forming, transforming and liquidating business entities, including the registration of companies and partnerships, foundations, associations, registering businesses, as well as having changes registered in the National Court Register (Krajowy Rejestr Sądowy) and in the Business Activity Central Register and Information Record (Centralna Ewidencja i Informacja Działalności Gospodarczej) or in other registers
- providing legal advice in connection with changes in the ownership structure of companies and partnerships, including the drafting of share purchase agreements
- providing assistance during general meetings of shareholders
- drafting articles of associations, statutes and by-laws of companies and partnerships
