The Law Firm provides legal assistance to business entities that already are insolvent or are going to become insolvent, as well as to any business entities that seek to enforce their claims against insolvent debtors. In the area of bankruptcy and reorganisation law the Law Firm’s offering includes:
- rendering legal assistance in connection with the assessment of the insolvency status and providing advice in situations directly preceding the declaration of bankruptcy
- submitting claims for the recovery of receivables
- drafting bankruptcy petitions
- conducting negotiations with creditors
- performing legal assessment of the effectiveness of any executed contracts or agreements and of the effect of the bankruptcy on the contractual obligations
- drafting motions and representing shareholders and members of corporate bodies of companies and partnerships in the course of proceedings seeking to have the conducting of business activity prohibited
- providing advice to and representing creditors and debtors at all stages of bankruptcy and reorganisation proceedings
